Shipping & Return Policy
Most Orders ship with in 2-4 days of receipt.
Our primary shipping service is UPS if you have a preferred method please let us know. We also use USPS, FedEx and DHL.
Our mission is to provide you with top quality wholesale eyewear and 5 star customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied please let us know with in 14 days of receiving your order. We will be more than happy to refund, exchange or credit your order.
*Special orders, sale and custom-made items are not returnable. All sales are final.*
If you are unhappy with your order:
- You must contact us 800.543.9802 within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please explain why you are returning/exchanging your order
- Get a Return Authorization number from customer service. (Items returned with out an RA# will not be accepted)
- Must repack all items in original boxes and packaging materials, items must be returned in new condition.
- Send packages to:
- You are responsible for the return postage back to our warehouse. We strongly recommend getting a tracking # for your return package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
*If items are damaged during shipping or we shipped the wrong items/order. We will send a call tag or ship items at no additional cost to you*
- After your package has been returned we will inspect it and make sure the contents are in new condition and complete.
- After your return/exchange has been approved you will be notified via email.
Refunds may take up to 4-10 business days after approval.(We only refund back to the original payment method)
Credit memos may take up to 24-48 hours after approval.
Exchanges may take up to 24-48 hours after approval.
